Where are you guys located?
Sydney, Australia, but we can ship all over the country for great rates!
I don't really know what i need and i'm new to getting garments made.

Do you provide graphic design services?
We don't do in house design at the moment, however we do have preferred designers we can refer you to if you don't have a design sorted!
Can you make me a shirt using another brand's design?
No, we don't reproduce other brands items.
Can I split the quantity I ordered into multiple designs?
Our prices listed and provided in quotes is the price for a single design. If you would like another design printed, simply select the quantity you are after for that design, upload the design and add it to cart.
Can I change my artwork once I've placed an order?
If production has not begun, we will be more than happy to switch your artwork around. We do not hold any responsibility if the wrong artwork was supplied and printed.
What can I do if the size/quantity I'm after isn't on the website?
Please submit a quote request via the contact us form and our team will come back to you with a price.
What file types do you accept?
We accept all file types, but we recommend vector files for your stickers as they are more sticker friendly and will produce a better quality product. Vector files: EPS, AI, PDF, or SVG.
To achieve excellent print quality, we suggest a minimum resolution of 300dpi. The higher the resolution, the better the print outcome.
What is your usual turn around?
Usually 1 week turn around for most printing services depending on time of the year, we'll let you know if it'll be any longer. For larger orders, we may require 2 weeks.
Can I pay you after I get paid?
No stock will be ordered until invoice is paid in full.
Returns
If the items you've ordered aren't up to your standard or incorrect let us know via email - info@freshprints.au as soon as possible and we'll rectify the situation the best we can.
